Job Openings:

If there is a job that's not listed here and you believe that it will be a valuable commodity for us and you can do it, please tell us so.

News Poster: This is probably the most abundant job available. We need lots of them. Posts news about the Harry Potter world daily. You must post news at a minimum of thrice a week.

Co-webmaster: We only need one. Although the webmaster will be doing most of the work, we still need someone who can help and take care of the site. This job requires total dedication and not everyone can get it. To get this job, you must prove your worth by helping out and being active. The first step to getting this job would be to become a news poster (and anything else if you want) and you must continue to help out.

Editorial Writer: Writes and maintains an editorial column related to Harry Potter. A solid command of the English language is a must and previous experience (in writing) is highly recommended. Note that this position is for a column that requires updates. If you want to submit just one editorial (or a few) without maintain a column, just submit the editorial.

Content Manager: The Webmasters creates and manages all or most of the content in this site. We still need Content Manger that checks the content for grammar, punctuation, correct links etc and at times create a few pages. The more of these we have, the easier it becomes for each, but we're not hiring too many.

Game Designer: Helps and/or makes games with Flash, C/C++, Basic, Java or other programming languages. Games can be online games (Flash, Java applets) or downloadable and executable ones.

Scripter: Helps and/or creates scripts using PHP, or other similar language. 

Layout Designer: Explanatory. Gives ideas for layout and/or helps or makes the layout. Must have previous experience.

Graphic Designer: Again explanatory. Creates graphics for the site, using professional software (Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, etc). Must be experienced at this software and must own it as well. Knowledge of a 3D graphic program is a plus but not necessary.

Advertiser: All they do is spread the word. Tries to get more fans to visit, by posting in forums, telling people, advertising in sites. Please note that spamming will not be tolerated.

Set Reporters: Visits the set of the Harry Potter movies and writes set reports. Also this job includes getting autographs (if possible), taking interviews (and writing them down) and other. A good command of English is a must. If  you have a digital camera (or can load your pictures into the computer) it's a plus. If possible does video/audio interviews with cast, crew etc. Please do not apply unless you can visit sets!
