What you are looking for can be done
many different ways including JavaScript, CGI or PHP. I would
recommend doing it using a PHP script, but they require you to
have PHP and sometimes MySQL capabilities for your server. Most
free sites don't offer it unfortunately. Or you could try CGI
but again this depends on your server. As a last resort you can
do it using JavaScript, but you won't have much power over the

I believe you're asking
about where the site is hosted and where I registered the domain
name. The site is hosted at 1and1.com.
You can host your site at many different hosts but choose the
one that fits your needs the best. There are pay hosts as well
as free (but ad-infiltrated) hosts. The domain name
(http://www.duelingclub.com) was purchased from GoDaddy
which offers a good plan of $8.95 ($7.95 for .com) per year. We
will soon have a page that shows some good hosting sites and
domain name registrars for you to use. The forums we use are XMB
Forums which are free to use if you leave the copyright in
place. It does require PHP and MySQL which 99% of free hosts do
not provide.
Q:
How do I make avatars that have moving pictures?
A:
Those are known as
animated images. To create animated images you need special
software that lets you create animated GIFs. One good one I can
suggest is Adobe ImageReady which comes with Adobe Photoshop.
